Services are available by appointment only and subject to availability. To reserve your appointment we require a name, number, email and credit card to receive services. It is recommended that you schedule your appointment in advance to secure a convenient date and time. We strive to accommodate our clients to the best of our ability. All of our appointment confirmations are sent 48 hours before your scheduled appointment time via text message. Please honor your appointment. If you need to cancel or reschedule please give us 24 hours notice before your scheduled appointment time. Failure to cancel within 24 hours will result in a 50% cancellation fee. Same day cancellations and No-shows will be charged full price of the service. We not only loose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have taken your scheduled appointment time. For this reason we are still obligated to collect compensation for the time as well as make up for lost revenue. This is why we require a credit card from you to guarantee your reservation.
We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. Late arrival could simply limit the time for your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed and full value of the service is still expected. Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.
We do not perform refill services on work that was NOT done at Brow & Lash Boutique – NO EXCEPTIONS. If you currently have lash extensions on, you must get them removed before receiving your first new set with us. We will gladly wave the removal fee ONLY if you are receiving a new set that same day at our boutique.This is to avoid the risk of mixing different adhesives and materials from work done in other salons.
