Appointment / Cancellation Policy

DEPOSIT’S AND CANCELLATION POLICY: Our cancellation policy as follows : YOU MUST CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT 24 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT. IF YOU CANCEL YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS NOTICE YOU WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF YOUR SCHEDULED SERVICE TOTAL. NO-SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL VALUE OF YOUR SERVICE. DEPOSITS: Due to high volume of bookings, we do require a deposit to confirm your appointment. If you reschedule your appointment the same day as your appointment your deposit will be lost. DEPOSITS ARE NON- REFUNDABLE if canceled less than 24hrs or you are a no- show and will NOT go towards future bookings!! Rescheduling within less than 24 hours does not give us enough time to fill the spot that has been reserved for you. LATE ARRIVALS

We ask that our clients arrive promptly for their appointments to ensure sufficient time for quality results. Late arrival could simply limit the time for your treatment so that the next guest is not delayed and full value of the service is still expected.  Guests arriving over 15 minutes late may be asked to reschedule, as accommodating late clients may inconvenience the lash artists next appointments. While we will try our best to accommodate you, understand that your appointment may be rescheduled at our discretion. In this event, the cancellation/rescheduling policy will come into effect.

We accept cash and all major credit cards.
